Pinnacle Advisory Group Announces Leadership Transition in 2026
BOSTON (October 21, 2025) – Pinnacle Advisory Group, a nationally recognized hospitality consulting firm with 34 years of experience, today announced a planned leadership transition to position the firm for its next phase of growth. Effective January 1, 2026, Sebastian Colella, a seasoned hospitality expert with more than 25 years of industry experience, including over a decade at Pinnacle, will assume leadership as Managing Principal.
Pinnacle Advisory Group was founded in 1991 by Rachel Roginsky, ISHC, who built the company into a full-service hospitality consulting firm headquartered in Boston. The firm specializes in asset management, acquisition due diligence, feasibility and market analysis, and litigation support for hospitality-related investments, including hotels, resorts, and conference centers. Rachel will transition to the role of Founder & Senior Advisor and in this capacity, she will remain actively engaged with clients and the leadership team while continuing to share her deep industry expertise.
Sebastian’s career spans hotel operations, acquisitions, development, and asset management across major U.S. markets and international resort destinations. While at Pinnacle, he led engagements nationwide, with particular depth in Greater Boston and New England. His most recent experience includes direct ownership, asset management, and development of hotel projects in New England and the Mid-Atlantic, enabling him to connect strategic vision with execution.
