In September, Sebastian Colella participated in the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) New England Chapter meeting titled “Navigating RFP Season and Resetting Hotel Partnerships.” Sebastian presented Pinnacle’s Outlook for the national lodging market as well as the Boston Suburbs and Boston and Cambridge lodging markets. The forecasts provided a segue into the event’s thought-provoking conversation addressing best practices to consider from both the buyer and supplier side of negotiating preferred hotel programs and the post-pandemic approach to groups and meetings. The GBTA’s New England Chapter supports corporate travel managers and provides the tools, information, and networks required for effective business travel management.
